my name is steve shapiro. i am here today in my role as i am an associate editor of the celebrater beer news which is an association that follows the craft beer movement throughout san francisco and belgium and also in denmark. in addition to my past work in housing and working in neighborhoods like tender loin and seeing all kinds of people who pretend to invest in a neighborhood and are trying to exploit it. i want to speak very highly of them and their project where this is the real deal. they are in it for the long haul. they understood where they were putting their bar and restaurant. and they are committed to it, they are not running away from it. they are not just dilataunts looking to make a buck, off of one of our neighborhoods and communities. the other perspective on this is this is going to be a world class bar. the name mckeller and the way that they will serve their beer already has a buzz from people all around the country who talk about really mckeller is doing a bar in san francisco. this is g
